Our Story

In lieu of an "About Us"page on which we gush over awards that we have won, or the obvious love of photography that we both have or how we started Picturetakers over 40 years ago with weddings.

Now we offer this instead

Meet Jose and Lenore

they are:

very casual
Lenore is always in jeans and a Picturetakers sweatshirts
both creative, sometimes too much
She stays up up late many nights designing new ideas for sessions
Jose like to explore new style of photography
She is bad at remembering names
a perfectionist
on time
Both are happy with the simplicity of life and traveling around the world and all 50 states with their son.
Have twin cats that rule the household
Lenore is fortunate to have found her soul mate, wonderful husband and teacher, Jose
and is thankful to her son, Logan, who taught her first hand the many, many faces of childhood
We love working together in the studio (sometimes LOL!!)
